ホテルはJR鳥取駅北口から徒歩3分程の場所にあり、駅前の便利な環境です。駅ビル内にはコンビニやお土産物屋、ショッピングセンターもあります。デパートにも直結していますし、徒歩圏内の飲食店も多くあるので買い物や食事には困りません。駅前の立地ですが騒がしさはなく静かでした。

スタッフ＆客層
スタッフの対応は丁寧で良かったです。到着した際に駐車場がわからなかったのでフロントに聞きに行くと、すぐに外に出て案内してくれ感じよく対応してくれました。客層はビジネス利用のようなおひとりの男性や二人連れの方を見かけました。

まとめ
「ホテルニューオータニ鳥取」に宿泊して良かったです。建物自体のデザインや設備には若干古さを感じますが、手入れは行き届いており綺麗でした。客室はリニューアルフロアだったので新しい感じで、インテリアもモダンな洗練された雰囲気で落ち着いたくつろげる空間でした。水回りも清潔感がありました。駅前の立地でデパートとも隣接しており、徒歩圏内で買い物や食事をするところが色々あるのも便利でした。今回一番の目的だった鳥取砂丘にもアクセスしやすく、のんびりと観光できたので良かったです。鳥取観光の拠点として便利な落ち着いてすごせる良いホテルです。
