Detailed review & photos “Hotel Hankyu RESPIRE OSAKA”

“Hotel Hankyu Respire Osaka” is located in the Yodobashi Umeda Tower, which has 4 basement floors and 35 floors above ground. Parking lots are on the 4th to 2nd basement floors, commercial facilities are on the 1st to 8th basement floors, and hotels are on the 9th and upper floors.

There were two entrances; one on the first floor and the other on the second floor, and there was also a car port at the entrance on the first floor.

The lobby was spacious, the ceiling was high and the large windows brightened the lobby.

A coffee machine installed in the lobby, and guests were able to have drinks for free. You can choose from three types of drinks: black, decaffeinated, and black tea.

The lobby was spacious as it was a large hotel with a total of 1030 rooms. When I arrived, 6 staff members were in charge of check-in, and it seems that the procedure can be done without waiting even when it is crowded.

There was a full length mirror and a bathroom on the right.

The room was only 19 square meters wide, and the queen size bed took up a lot of space, but the big window made the room feel bigger. There is also a desk, which is convenient for those staying on a business trip. It was less than a year since the hotel was built, and the facilities were new, so I was able to spend a comfortable time.

There was plenty of space to sleep on the queen size bed. The mattress was also just the right hardness.

There was a table next to the bed with an alarm clock. There was also an outlet and USB port on the headboard.

There was a big TV across the bed. You can watch YouTube on the TV.

There was also a desk next to the bed with a telephone, memo set, tissue, outlet and a USB port.

There was a big window at the back of the room.

The hotel itself is located in the center of Osaka, right next to Osaka Station, so I could see the whole city of Osaka. I could see the river and mountain at the distance. Not to mention the night view, it was a wonderful view of the buildings around Osaka Station shining brilliantly. I could also see the light of Tsutenkaku on my right.

The sink, toilet and bathtub were all separate.

The bathroom had a bathtub with a washing area. There were two types of showers; rain shower and a height-adjustable/removable hand shower. There was no problem with water pressure, and temperature control was easy. Shampoo, conditioner and body soap were provided next to the shower.

There was a stool underneath the sink.

There was a set of toothbrush (for adults / children), face towel (for adults / children), hairbrush, razor, hair rubber, cotton and cotton swab in a drawer.

There was a closet at the back of the room.

Iron, ironing board, deodorant spray, slippers, nightwear, etc. were prepared. There was also a safe in a drawer next to the bed.

Cups, glasses, tea and coffee were prepared on the sink. You can also get one bottle of water a day.

There was a restaurant “Grilliat Quocca” on the 9th floor. With the concept of “going, eating, having fun,” you can enjoy carefully selected Italian food and abundant run-up wine in an open space facing the garden.

There was a gym on the 24th floor which is available 24 hours a day.

The walls of the lobby on the 9th floor are entirely covered with glass, and outside the glass you can see a Japanese-style garden with trees spreading out, and you will be healed by a lot of greenery in the middle of the city.
