I was on a business trip in Naha and stayed at this hotel near Kokusai Street. It was around 23:00 when I checked in, but there were two staff members at the front desk and I was able to check smoothly. I heard that the hotel was new and decided to stay here, but the front desk was more old-fashioned with many handmade objects. A variety of artworks are displayed in the corridors, giving a unique artistic atmosphere. The room was very clean and there were many local dishes being served for breakfast.

“Hotel Palm Royal Naha” is in a perfect location for business and sightseeing. It is just a few seconds away from Kokusai Street and a 5-minute walk from Makishi Yui Rail Station. This is the hotel seen from Kokusai Street.
The hotel is a 12-story building and the hotel name was on the outer wall.

There was a long canopy leading to the entrance creating a resort atmosphere.

The lobby was not big. European-style tables and chairs were placed in the lobby, and beautiful flowers were displayed on the tables. In addition, various art works such as sculptures and paintings were hanging on the wall.
This lobby is also a library, and there are Okinawan guidebooks and books related to art, so I was able to browse freely. In addition, there was a computer that guests are allowed to use.

There were many art works exhibited in the corridor. The new building RAM (Royal Art Museum) Tower is like an art gallery.
There were various works from antiques of Asian countries and modern art in Europe.

What is the RAM Twin Room like?

There was a full length mirror and a bathroom on the left.
The room was very spacious and relaxing.
There was even a ceiling fan.
One of the features of the rooms in the new building RAM is that for the first time in Okinawa, Swedish Duxiana, which is adopted by luxury hotels in the world, is used for beds. This bed uses a continuous coil spring that excels in dispersing body pressure, minimizing the pressure of blood flow, and it does not put weight on your spine even when laying sideways, so I was able to sleep very comfortably.
The beds were semi-double size.
There was an art work above the bed that shows the history of Ryukyu.
There was a table between the beds with an alarm and a tissues. In addition, there are switches for the lights and the ceiling fan, as well as outlets and USB ports, making it convenient to charge devices.

There was a bathtub/wash area on one side, and a sink and toilet next to it.

The bath/wash area was clean.
I was able to relax in the big bathtub.
The shower was a removable hand shower with a strong enough water pressure.
Shampoo, conditioner and body soap were provided next to the shower.

Amenities included a toothpaste set, razor, hairbrush cotton, and cotton swab.

There was a royal spa (large public bath) on the second floor of the new building RAM. It uses the ultimate water and nano water using nano technology, and it has a moisturizing effect due to the fine particles. It is open from 6am to 10am and from 4pm to midnight.

Summary
The hotel has a local atmosphere and the art works decorated here and there was very unique. Also, the room in the new building was clean and spacious. I recommend staying at this hotel if you are looking for a reasonable hotel to stay at near Kokusai Street.
