The "Mitsui Garden Hotel Shiodome Italia-gai" is a stylish hotel located in Shiodome Italia-gai, which was created in the image of an Italian cityscape. The hotel has an Italian restaurant and a large communal bath, and the rooms are functionally designed to make you feel at home, so you can have a relaxing and comfortable stay. It is within walking distance from 5 stations on each line such as Shiodome Station and Hamamatsucho Station, and has good access to major stations and sightseeing spots in Tokyo.

This hotel is located in the Italian Town with an Italian theme, and the hotel was a European style building.
There were cobblestone sidewalks, roadside trees around the hotel creating an elegant atmosphere.

The lobby was not very big, but it was stylish and relaxing.
The front desk was right by the entrance. There were a number of staff standing there.
There was a restaurant next to the lobby. Sofas were placed here and there as well.

What is the Moderate Queen Room like?
Guest room entrance door.
There was a full length mirror and hooks at the entrance.
The bathroom was on the left.
Slippers
The room was 20 square meters wide and very stylish. There was a large sofa by the window and the room was made so that you can relax.
The bed was 160cm wide and I could lie down comfortably. It was moderately soft and comfortable to sleep on.
The pillows were Mitsui Garden Hotel’s original pillow which was comfortable to use.
There was an outlet, light switch and an alarm clock by the bed.
Pajamas which you can wear to the communal bath as well.
There was a TV across the bed. I was able to check the congestion status of the communal bath and the usage status of the coin laundry on the TV.
Humidifier
A large sofa and a table by the window.
A mirror and a remote.
There was a USB port, LAN port and an outlet on a cabinet next to the table.
The window was big.
The view wasn’t particularly nice, but the cityscape of the Italian Street was beautiful and the atmosphere was good. Some rooms have a view of Tokyo Tower, so it may be better to stay in a room on the upper floors.

There was a bathtub, sink and toilet in the same room.
A toilet with a washlet function.
Hand & face soap.
Amenities such as toothbrushes, cotton swabs, razors and hairbrushes were prepared in the bathroom.
Hair dryer
Bath towels, face towels and body wash.
The bathtub was cleaned very well and I was able to relax inside.
The shower was removable and the water pressure and temperature were just right.
Kao Leana series shampoo, conditioner and body soap.

Closet and safe
There was a closet next to the sofa.
Inside were hangers, deodorant spray, clothes brush, shoehorn and a flash light.
There was also a safe in the closet.
There were hooks on the wall for hanging clothes.

Restaurants in the hotel
Italian buffet & cafe “La Malea” on the 1st floor.
Normally it is a buffet style restaurant, but the buffet was suspended due to measures against the new coronavirus, and food was served on a plate or set menu.
I had lunch after checking out of the hotel. It was a restaurant with a calm atmosphere, and the surrounding area was an office district, so it was crowded with office workers who were on lunch breaks.
The food was delicious.

There was a large communal bath exclusively for guests on the 13th floor which is the top floor.
There was a vending machine and an ice machine on the 13th floor.
There was also a microwave.
The coin laundry was on the 11th and 12th floor.
A foreign currency exchange machine by the front desk.

The hotel is located in the Italian town, which was built with the theme of Italy, and the surrounding area had a nice view with fashionable streets and buildings. Access
It was about a 7-minute walk from Shiodome Station on the Yurikamome Line on the Oedo Line. In addition, it is about 7 to 10 minutes each from Hamamatsucho Station, Shimbashi Station, Onarimon Station, and Daimon Station, and is within walking distance from 5 stations on 6 lines and has good access. It is easily accessible from the airport and is conveniently located for access to major stations and sightseeing spots in Tokyo.

Summary
I had a nice stay at “Mitsui Garden Hotel Shiodome Italia-gai.” I was able to spend a comfortable time in a stylish hotel located in a fashionable district. The room was comfortable, and the large bed and sofa were relaxing to lay down and sit on. There is a large communal bath and you can check the congestion status in your room. The location is convenient and the atmosphere is good, so I highly recommend staying at this hotel.
