I decided to stay at the "Resort Kings' Land by Hilton Grand Vacations Club" because my friend recommended this hotel to me. There were some other hotels on the Island of Hawaii that I could have stayed at, but this hotel had condominiums which was what I was looking for.
What is the appearance of the hotel? Check the entrance and reception
There are 16 buildings on site, so you will need to drive around by car. The clubhouse is located almost in the middle of the property.
Compared to the condominium at Hilton Hawaiian Village in Honolulu, the clubhouse entrance to the front desk was open-air and overall very spacious.
Check-in was from 16:00, so there were many people waiting in line at the front desk.
Front desk
This is the accommodation building. Of the 16 buildings, 5 to 6 are relatively new buildings, and I think I was staying in the new building.

What is the One Bed Villa Type Room like?
Guest room entrance door
There was a bathroom on the right.
There was a kitchen, dining room, living room and a bedroom.
The room I stayed in was one of the newer buildings, so everything was up to date, from the entrance door to the furnitures. I had the impression that the living room was very bright.
There was a large sofa in the living room that also becomes a bed.
There was also a big TV across the sofa.
Th bedroom was next to the living room. This room was also new and the mattress was just the right hardness and comfortable to sleep on.
There was a TV in the bedroom as well.
There was a large window with a balcony.
There was a table with two chairs.
My room was on the first floor, so I took a chair out on the lawn, had a beer and enjoyed the view. It was very relaxing. It is a very quiet place, and you can hear the birds singing. At night, if the weather is nice you can see the stars in the sky.

Bathroom
There was a bathtub with a shower, toilet and a sink all in one room.
I did not soak in the bathtub, but it was spacious.
The toilet had a washlet function.
Sink
There was shampoo, conditioner, body soap and body lotion on the sink. The brand was called Crabtree & Evelyn ‘and it smelled of gentle verbena and lavender. The body lotion was especially nice on my dry skin.
Hair dryer
The bathroom seen from the bathtub.

Access
As you can say for the whole island of Hawaii, renting a car would be more convenient for getting around to places. Within a 10-minute drive, there are malls such as Queens Marketplace and Kings Village, and you can take a free shuttle bus from the hotel to those malls via the Hilton Waikoloa Village.

Summary
I have been to Oahu many times so far, but this is the first time I have been to this island and it is very quiet compared to Maui. I think Kingsland can be said to be a luxury resort condominium. At Kingsland, you wake up in the morning with the sound of birds singing. Everything in the room was new and very comfortable to use. There was a kitchen, so I was able to relax as if I was at home. I was able to use the lanai to look at the starry sky at night, and I didn’t have to worry about finding a place to park my car. It is a really nice hotel to stay at for those looking to stay for a long time.
