The "Courtyard by Marriott Waikiki Beach" is located along Waikiki's main street, Kalakaua Avenue, which is one street next to Kuhio Avenue. There are many shops and restaurants nearby.

The hotel seen from Kuhio Street.
The hotel has entrances facing the Kuhio Avenue and Royal Hawaiian Avenue. This is the entrance facing the Kuhio Avenue.
There were surfboards on display next to the entrance.

There was a concierge desk on the right and a front desk at the back.
There were sofas and chairs in front of the concierge desk. There was also a door leading to the pool which made the room feel open.
The front desk was not very big.
This is the entrance facing the Royal Hawaiian Avenue. There is a bell desk and a parking lot on this side, and those who arrived buy car will come in from this entrance. This time, the suite where I stayed in was at the annex building opposite the parking lot.
The annex building is a 12 story gray building.
There were stairs at the entrance, but there was also a slope.
There was an ATM inside.
There was only one elevator.

My room was on the top floor, but the elevator only goes up to the floor bellow the top floor, so I had to take the stairs up one floor.

What is the Suit like?
Guest room entrance door
There was a living room and a bedroom at the back. The colors were soft and created a very relaxing atmosphere. Everything needed was prepared in the room and I was able to spend a very pleasant time.

An arm chair
There was a veranda by the living room.
Two chairs and a table were prepared on the veranda.
There was a large bed in the bedroom. The mattress was just the right hardness an I was able to sleep very well.
Four pillows and a cushion were prepared on the bed.
Next to the bed was an alarm clock.
A TV across the bed.
There was a chest under the TV which was useful for storing my belongings.

There was also a veranda next to the bedroom.
The hotel is not located by the beach, so there was no view of the beach, but I was able to see the Royal Hawaiian Avenue form my room.
The buildings and the mood was nice at night.

The bathroom was next to the living room.
The shower room, sink and toilet were all in the same space.
The shower room was a little narrow and dark.
The sower head was fixed on the wall.

There were two closets. This is the closet by the entrance.

The other closet was in the bedroom.
There was a baggage rack, hair dryer and a safe in this closet.
The safe was big enough to store valuables.

Mini bar and cafe
There was a kitchen by the entrance.
On the microwave was a coffee machine, cups, glasses, coffee and tea prepared.
There were two bottles of water by the sink, but they each cost $4.
There was a fridge, but nothing was inside it.

Restaurants and shops in the hotel
There was an Italian restaurant called the “Spada Bar & Restaurant.” It was a casual restaurant with a reasonable price. They also serve breakfast here.
There was a bar at the lobby. The pool was just outside the bar, so the view was nice.

Facilities in the hotel
There was an outdoor pool surrounded with palm trees. There were deck chairs on the pool side to sit and relax on. You can also borrow towels at the pool and it was convenient not having to bring my own towels from my room.
The pool is available from 8am to 10 pm.
There was a spa in the hotel.
There was also a laundry room.

Hotel Surroundings
The hotel is located just one block away from the center of Waikiki, but there was an ABC store and small shops nearby as well. Shopping centers such as the T Galleria are a 5 minute walk away.

The staff were very nice. There seemed to be many Americans staying at this hotel. The hotel is popular with guests staying long-term.

Access
I headed from the hotel to Honolulu Airport by taxi at around 7am and arrived in about 20 minutes. If the roads are crowded it may take about 30 minutes by car.
The Waikiki Beach is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

Summary
I had a nice stay at the “Courtyard Waikiki Beach.” The annex building was a little old, but I was able to stay with no problems. This hotel is a little far from the beach, so the cost is relatively cheap and is popular with those looking to stay at a reasonable hotel. In addition, there is a kitchen in the room which is convenient for guests staying long-term.
