I chose “Four Seasons Resort Oahu Ko Olina” to participate in a wedding. I had always been interested in this hotel. Although it is a little far from the airport, it is only about 20-30 minutes by car, so you can enjoy the scenery and arrive in no time. Even if you do not have a car, once you arrive at the hotel, there are various restaurants within walking distance.

Hotel sign.
The hotel is a little old, but it is kept clean and felt like a 5-star hotel. It is very elegant and beautiful.
It was very green around the hotel, and there was even a lake.

There was fish swimming in the lake.
When entering, the center of the lobby was a colonnade, and a large canoe was displayed in the middle.
There was a front desk at the back. There were three desks. At the time of check-in, one person was on the phone, one was helping a customer, and only two desks were available. It may be crowded or vacant depending on the time of day.
There was also a concierge desk.
There were sofas and tables in the lobby.

What is the Ocean View Room like?
Guest room door.
Key card and a welcome cookie.
There was a cafe corner at the front, a bathroom on the right and a bedroom at the back.
The room was very beautiful and had a Hawaiian atmosphere.
The bed was not to hard and not to soft and very comfortable to sleep on. The sheets were soft and felt very nice as well.
There was a night light and a control panel by the bed.

There was a flash light in the drawer.

There was a sofa at the foot of the bed.
On the table next to the sofa was a magazine.
There was a TV, desk and a chair across the bed. There was a hand written message from the manager on the desk.
There was an outlet on the desk as well.
There was a laundry bad and a shoe bag under the desk.
Next to the desk was a tropical style chair.
There was a veranda. There are walls on both sides, so you will have privacy while sitting outside.
There was a beach chair, so I was able to relax.
There was a table and chairs as well, so I could drink coffee.
I could see the ocean and flowers from the veranda.
It was an amazing view.

Bathroom
There were two sinks in the bathroom, and the bathtub and the shower were divided.
There were sinks on both sides of the room.
The sink on the left side.
There was a shower room with glass door, so you will not have to worry about water splashing outside.
The water pressure was a little weak, so it took a little time to wash. You can choose a rain shower or a removable shower. It took a while from the water to warm up.
Bvlgari shampoo, conditioner and body soap were prepared in the shower room. The bottles were larger than normal hotel amenities, and women with long hair can use shampoo and conditioner for a few days.
Bathtub.
There was shampoo, conditioner and body soap prepared by the bath tub as well.
Toilet
Sink.
Soap, body lotion, cotton swabs, cotton and etc were also prepared on the sink. Soap and body lotion was of Bvlgari as well.
There were bathrobes and different size slippers under the sink.

The closet was spacious.
There were soft hangers. There was one extra pillow as well.

Mini bar and cafe
There was a Nespresso at the cafe corner. There were four types of coffee and 4 types of tea; Mint, Earl Gray, Green Tea and English breakfast. Nespresso coffee was delicious and I was very happy.
There was nothing in the fridge.

Restaurants and shops in the hotel
This time I ate at an Italian restaurant called “Noe.” The food was very filling.
You can eat outside if you like while watching the sunset if the timing is right. You can listen to live music and enjoy the garden.
There was a pool side bar called “WATERMAN BAR & GRILL.”
There was a shop with a Hawaiian motif, and there were clothes, accessories and miscellaneous goods being sold. They sell original products of the hotel as well.

There were a couple of outside pools.
You can enjoy swmimming with children at the family pool.
There is an infinity pool with chairs around the pool, so you can relax and watch the sunset.
There was a jacuzzi surrounded with flowers so that there will be privacy.

There was a business center near the front desk. You can use the computer and printer in a private room.

Beach
Ko Olina, where Four Seasons Hotel is located, is surrounded by a lagoon, so even small children can enter the beautiful sea. There are a lot of small fishes in the shallows, so it is fun to even just walk around in the water.

Hotel surroundings
Ko Olina is a resort area, so it is very neatly arranged. There is a gate, so it is very safe. On weekends, the local people come to the beach and the parking lot is very busy. Recently, the entrance monitor informs the parking availability, so it seems a little better. There are golf courses, beaches, and luau shows, so you can have a good time in the hotel premises.

Staff and guests
The staff were very attentive. As soon as they noticed me carrying luggage, they came over to me and gave me a hand right away. The hotel was filled with Aloha spirit.
There were guests from all over the world staying. There were many couples and people who were attending weddings staying as well. There were not many guests with children.

Access
Access from the airport was good. There are many people who think that it is far from Waikiki, but I think that it is not particularly far because it takes only about 20-30 minutes by car. A shuttle bus to Ko Olina also leaves from the airport, and a shuttle car for the Four Seasons Hotel will pick you up if you make a reservation, but you will need to pay money. There seems to be a dedicated helicopter between the hotel and the airport. If you rent a car, there is a shopping mall along the way. For convenience, there are coffee shops and ice cream shops within walking distance from the hotel. There are restaurants where you can eat breakfast, and there are restaurants for lunch and dinner. Even without a car, there is a free shuttle that runs around Ko Olina every 30 minutes, so it is convenient.

Summary
I had a nice stay at this hotel. I have absolutely no complaints. I was particularly surprised when I left my sunglasses in the room after leaving, there was a cleaner set beside it. It was very kind of them to do such thing. When I went out in the evening and returned to my room, the sofa which could become a bed as well, was changed to a bed, and the water that was in the cafe bar was placed at the side of each beds. Service was great and it is a very nice 5 star hotel.
