I decided to stay at "Courtyard by Marriott St. George" because it has good access from the highway and there are also many restaurants around the hotel. I am driving from Los Angeles to Colorado, and the halfway point was Utah. I was curious to see what this area was like.

The hotel was by high cliffs.
Hotel exterior.
There were many cars parked in the parking lot.
The entrance had a double door.
You need a key to get inside at night, but if there is a staff present, he will open the door for you.
The front desk was on the left side after entering the hotel.
There were many sofas and tables in the spacious lobby.
The lobby had a lot of sunlight shining in, and it had a natural feeling.

What is the One Bedroom Suite like?
Guest room entrance door.
There are only a few rooms with a jacuzzi and a balcony. There was a cafe corner on the right and the door to the next room on the left.
There was a living room right after entering.
There was a sofa in the living room. The sofa is a pull-out bed.
There is a TV, a desk and a closet across the sofa.
The bedroom is on the left side of the living room.
The bedroom was very spacious.
The sheets were very clean, I was able to sleep on the bed comfortably after a long day of driving.
There was a TV, a desk and a closet opposite the bed.
There was a single-seat sofa which allows you to stretch out your legs and relax.
There was a plant by the window.

There was a veranda. I did not see any other rooms with a veranda, so I felt special. The veranda had a table and two chairs.

Bathroom
The bathtub was in the living room and it did not have a door. It was a Jacuzzi type bathtub.
There were towels, shampoo and body lotion prepared on the bathtub.
There was a shower room as well.
The shower head was fixed on the wall, and the water pressure was strong enough.
Toilet.
Sink.
There was a sink near the shower room, and another sink outside the door.
It was very convenient to have two sinks.
This sink outside of the bathroom had a soap and a body lotion, and the sink in the bathroom had a soap, a body lotion, a shampoo and a conditioner.
There was a magnifying mirror by the sink which was convenient when doing makeup.

Closet and safe
The closet in the living room had an extra blanket and sheets.
The closet in the bedroom contained an iron, ironing board, and a luggage rack. With plenty of storage space, it’s perfect for a long stay. There was no safe.

Mini bar and cafe
There was a cafe corner at the counter on the left side of the room. There was also a microwave here. There was a sink as well, so it was very convenient.
A coffee machine, ice bucket, wine glasses and etc were prepared on the counter. The wine glass was kept clean.

There was a small fridge, but there was nothing inside.

Restaurants in the hotel
There was a restaurant called “The Bistro” at the lobby.
The menu was mostly a common menu of Marriott hotels.
There were many families with kids having breakfast here.
There was a small shop next to the front desk.
They sold daily necessities and snacks. They did not sell alcohol though.

The hotel had a nice indoor pool with a jacuzzi. I saw a family playing in the pool from early in the morning.
There was also an outdoor pool and a jacuzzi.
I saw people enjoying their books by the pool when it was sunny.
There was a small gym that is open for 24 hours.
There was a laundry room.
There was a fire pit and a kids play ground at the back of the front desk.
There was space with a vending machine and pamphlets.

Environment around the hotel
The area around the hotel was nice. I did not see any homeless people around. Even the staff told me that this city is a safe city. I was carrying a mountain bike in my car, but I was able to leave it in the car without worrying about someone stealing it.

Staff and customer base
The staff were all friendly, and greeted me every time I passed by the front desk. The maids were friendly as well, and we spoke a few times in the elevator.
There are many people traveling by car, especially families and couples who were going hiking and going around sightseeing spots.

Access
I do not know what the access is like from the airport. It was convenient from the exit of the highway though. There were restaurants and Target within walking distance, and it was convenient to be able to get to places on foot. It was a one and a half hour drive from Las Vegas to the hotel. This hotel was located in the perfect place for a rest after a long drive.

Summary
This time I went from Los Angeles to Colorado, but I couldn’t drive 700 miles, so I took a break at Utah. I arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night, but I was able to relax my body in the bathtub. If you are planning on going on a long road trip, I recommend staying at this hotel, because it has a pool, a jacuzzi, a laundry room and so on, and it is very convenient.
