I decided to stay at the "AC Hotel by Marriott Los Angeles South Bay," because it was near Los Angeles International Airport. Since I was able to drive a car this time, I was looking a hotel with a parking lot. I also liked the atmosphere of the hotel.
What is the appearance of the hotel? Check the entrance and reception
The hotel was a simple six story building.
There was a big sign at the entrance.
The carport was spacious and the valley staff came right away.
I could see the lobby from the outside.

The front desk was very stylish.
There were chairs and tables by the front desk.
There was also a lounge at the lobby.
The lobby had dimmed lights.
There was an elevator dedicated to the rooftop bar.

What is One Bedroom City View Room like?
Guest room entrance door.
There was a mirror on the door.
The room was not big, but because it was a corner room and there were two windows. The floor was very clean.
The bed was nice and comfortable to sleep on. Even thought the hotel is near the airport it was very quiet in the room.
There was a reading light next to the bed.
On the headboard was an outlet and a USB port convenient for charging my electric devices.
There was a TV across the bed and a bench beneath it.
There was a desk next to the bench.
There was a sofa and table next to the bed. The sofa can also be turned into a bed.

There were two windows facing different directions.
My room was on the 2nd floor, so the view was not particularly nice. If you stay in a room on the upper floors, you may be able to see the airplanes flying in the sky.

Bathroom
The bathroom was very stylish. There was a shower booth.
There was only a glass wall covering half of the shower booth, so the floor got wet. There was a removable shower and an overhead shower. The water pressure was just right. There was shampoo, conditioner and body soap prepared next to the shower.
The sink and mirror were both very big.

Hair dryer
Tissue, body lotion and towels were prepared under the sink.

Closet and safe
There was a closet without a door. There was an iron, ironing board and a safe in the closet.

Mini bar and cafe
There was a coffee maker, ice pale, coffee and tea prepared on the desk. The coffee was made in Italy.
There was a small fridge in the closet with two bottles of water prepared inside. The bottle at the hydration center was too big to fit in the fridge which was a little inconvenient.

Restaurants and shops in the hotel
There was a restaurant called “AC Kitchen” where I had breakfast.
Most Marriott hotels serve breakfast for free for those who are a member, but unfortunately they did not have this service at this hotel.
There was also an “AC Lounge” on the first floor. It was very lively at night.
“FLORA Rooftop Restaurant & Bar”
The bar was on the rooftop.

There was a small store next to the front desk.
They were selling alcohol, ice-cream, snacks and so on.

Hotel Surrounding
You can take the Hawthorne Road to the airport and the hotel was just off this road. There were shops and restaurants here and there. There were many workers walking around in the streets during the day.
Right next to the hotel was the hotel “Hyatt Place LAX El Segundo.”
“Chick-Fill-A” near the hotel.

Staff and Guests
The staff were used to dealing with guests from all over the world. There were many pilots and flight attendants staying. I also saw many people going to the bar and restaurants without spending the night.

Access
It was very convenient because the hotel was right near the airport. It only took about 10 minutes to get to the airport. There are also many restaurants that you can easily get to. Breakfast was not included in the plan, so it was nice to be able have breakfast nearby.

Summary
This hotel was very convenient to get to the airport and I was also able to park my car cheaply which was wonderful. I enjoyed woking in the sunlight on the rooftop. It was very relaxing. The hotel was better than I expected and I would love to stay here again.
