Detailed review & photos “Courtyard by Marriott Los Angeles LAX/Hawthorne”

I was surprised to see two Marriott hotels standing side by side.

The courtyard building where I stayed was a silver building. The top floor of the hotel was very stylish with blue lights at night.

A hotel sign was above the entrance. At night, it was lit up and stood out.

The entrance is spacious there is a cart available, so it is convenient for those with a lot of luggage.

The lobby was bright and spacious. There was also a conference room right by the entrance.

There were many chairs and tables in the lobby.

The sofa in the lobby also had an outlet and a USB port, so you can charge your devices here.

The room was not very big, but it was enough for only getting some sleep. There was a sofa that becomes a bed, so three people can sleep in this room.

The bed was a big king size bed and the sheets were clean, so I could sleep comfortably. Because the bed was so big, I was able to open up two suitcases on top of it.

There were extra blankets in a drawer under the TV.

There was a sofa, an ottoman and a table by the window. As I said earlier, this sofa can be turned into a bed.

There was an air conditioner at the back of the room, and there was a coffee station and a refrigerator above it.

The only view I had was of the parking lot.

The bathroom was very clean and brand new. There was no bathtub, but it was a very spacious and bright bathroom.

There was no door to the shower room, and there was only a half glass partition. The shower was fixed on the wall and there was a Tea Tree brand shampoo, conditioner and body soap. The quality was average. There was a space in the shower room where you can put things on top which was very convenient.

The sink was spacious and the mirror was big. It is a nice space to get well-prepared before going out.

There was a closet next to the bathroom. It overlapped with the sliding door in the bathroom and it was a full-length mirror. There was an iron, ironing board and extra blankets. There was no safe.

There was a coffee station at the back of the room, above the air conditioner. There was a light above, so it was bright.

There was a small coffee maker with one regular coffee and one decaffeinated coffee prepared.

On the desk was an ice pale and glasses.

There was a microwave and a refrigerator. There was nothing in the refrigerator, so I was able to cool drinks that I brought.

There was a restaurant called the “BISTRO” in the hotel and guests were enjoying wine and beer here by the time they checked in. They were serving simple dishes.

There was a shop by the front desk. They were selling soda, bottled water and frozen food. There was also a microwave to warm up the food.

The hotel had an outdoor pool that you can only get to with your room key. Plants were planted around the pool, there were tall palm trees, and it looked like an oasis. I could only see the pool at night, but it was lit up and very fantastic.

There were many chairs around the pool, so you can relax.

There was a basketball court in the courtyard. It was still bright even at 11 o’clock at night.

There were many families, flight attendants and pilots staying. The hotel was full on the day I stayed.
