The glass building is higher than the police station building in the foreground and has a modern and luxurious feel. As a chain of Hotel Okura, it can be said that it is an internationally proud hotel that combines the polite thought of “Japanese” that boasts Japanese culture with the taste of “Western.” I will introduce this hotel located in Zhongshan, which is convenient for business, sightseeing and shopping.
As you walk toward the hotel, you will see a magnificent building that did not blend in with the cityscape of Zhongshan. The Okura Prestige Taipei is a beautiful glass-walled building that is taller than its surrounding buildings and it stood out very much.
There were many cars stopped at the entrance. You will not get wet even on rainy days because there is a roof. There are also several doormen standing at the entrance that will help you with your luggage.
There is a big chandelier hanging at the entrance.
There are stairs with a red carpet leading to the front desk.
I was able to check in without waiting in line. The interior is standardized in white beige and gold, and the red impact color is used in some places to create a sense of quality that makes you feel the modern Japanese style.

A relaxing sofa by the window.
A TV and desk across the bed.
The desk was very convinient for working and the chair was comfortable as well.
The TV hung on the wall did not take any space. There was a luggage stand by the TV. There was also a DVD deck in the chest under the TV.
The bed was very comfortable to sleep on, and you can choose your favorite pillow.

The “Okura Prestige Taipei” is a hotel that opened in 2012, so the structure of the building is new and very comfortable. The fact that the hotel is expensive may have hindered the young tourists who are main tourists, but there is still a proportion of the quality of the rooms, facilities and staff, and at the same time the quality of the guests are good. The hotel is well-located with good access to tourist spots.
