"ArTree Hotel Taipei" is a new hotel that opened in September 2017. This is a hotel imitating trees, so there is art with wood motifs throughout the hotel. The stylish and innovative design attracts guests. I stayed here this time because it is a popular hotel in Taipei.
There are trees planted in front of the hotel entrance, and the hotel name “Aki” kanji next to it.
Next to the entrance is a stainless steel object!

This is the lobby on the first floor. There was art work on the ceiling as well.
The front desk is located on the 4th floor, so you will have to take this elevator to get there. There was a tree by the elevator as well.

There is a bathtub by the window at the back and a king-size bed in the foreground. It was a calm atmosphere based on brown and gray. Unlike normal hotel construction, the bathroom was at the back of the room.
There was a card holder, light switch and a air conditioner panel.
On the left is a closet and a luggage stand.
The king size bed had a nice mattress which was comfortable to sleep on.
There was a memo set and a phone on the bedside table. It was convenient to be able to plug my phone next to the bed.

I could see Taipei 101 in the far distance, but the building in front of it blocked the view.

The bathroom is at the back.
You can sit in the bath while enjoying the view.
The shower is at the front and the toilet is at the back.
The shower was a hand shower that was adjustable and removable. The water pressure was also strong enough.
In the shower room, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and body lotion were prepared. It was an Italian brand called Oro Verde.
The toilet had a Washlet function.
There was a wooden style hook to hang bathrobes and so on.
Amenities included toothbrushes, shavers, combs, cotton, and swabs.
The closet was right by the entrance. The handle was a wooden design.
The light automatically turned in the closet. There was a mirror on the inner part of the door.
Slippers, shoe horn and a shoe shine.
Everything in the room was free.

There was a capsule type machine.
Cups, tea bags and capsule coffee.
Electric kettle and an ice pale.
There were 4 drinks in the fridge which were all free.
There was a restaurant on the 4th floor.
As soon as I entered the restaurant, there was a huge tree made of gold, silver, and copper, and many monkeys hanging around it.
Surrounded by plants and with a coconut leaf chair, it looked like a forest.
Breakfast was buffet style.
There was a terrace as well, so it would be nice to eat outside when the weather is nice.
The food tasted very nice.

There was a gym that is open from 7:00 in the morning to 10:00 in the evening.
There was also a spa with a private bath.
This hotel is located a little off the city center of Taipei, so the area had both the downtown area and the market area.

There was a food court on the 2nd floor of the Nakajo Market.
The correspondence of hotel staff was good. They checked me in smoothly. There was also always someone at the 1F entrance door to open the door for me.
Everyone staying at the hotel were relatively young.
The nearest station is MRT Taipei Xiaomi Station. It is close to Matsuyama Airport and about 10 minutes by taxi. A taxi is convenient for going around.

I stayed at this hotel this time, because it is a popular hotel in Taipei. Now that I have stayed here, I understand why it is so popular. It is a new and beautiful hotel as a whole, but it was clean and comfortable and the rooms were clean. I think that one of the attractions is that the free drink corner at the lobby and the drinks in the guest room were free. It is a hotel that can be recommended as the area and facilities of the guest rooms are not too close to the first-class hotels and you can stay relatively cheaply.
