Staff and Guests

The staff were very polite. There were a number of staff standing at the front desk, so I did not have to wait even during corded hours. Most of the staff were Japanese.

IMG_5529 copy

The guests were all very calm. I saw some foreign tourists, but there seemed to be more Japanese people staying.

Summary

I had a nice stay at “Yokohama Bay Sheraton Hotel & Towers.” The atmosphere of the lobby and lounge was very elegant. Especially, the club lounge was spacious and the sofa was comfortable to sit on. The room was beautiful and the view overlooking the station was nice, but I was a little disappointed that the bathroom was a little outdated. Other than that, there was no inconvenience or dissatisfaction, and although it was a convenient place in front of the station, the hotel was quiet and calm. I had a very satisfying stay.
