The hotel had several restaurants & bars. There was a lounge called “Sea Wind,” a bar called “Bay West,” Chinese restaurant called “Sairyu” and a Japanese restaurant called “Kinohana.”
On the 28th floor, which is the top floor, was a teppanyaki restaurant called “Sagami” and a sky lounge/French restaurant with a good view of the bay.
On the first basement floor, which is accessible from the underground shopping area, was a pastry shop called “Dore” selling freshly baked bread, handmade sandwiches and sweets.
I had breakfast at the all-day buffet “Compass” on the second floor.
The shop had a chic atmosphere with many tables. It was not crowded before 8:00, so I was able to enjoy a relaxing breakfast.

Staff and Guests
The staff were very polite. There were a number of staff standing at the front desk, so I did not have to wait even during corded hours. Most of the staff were Japanese.
The guests were all very calm. I saw some foreign tourists, but there seemed to be more Japanese people staying.

Summary
I had a nice stay at “Yokohama Bay Sheraton Hotel & Towers.” The atmosphere of the lobby and lounge was very elegant. Especially, the club lounge was spacious and the sofa was comfortable to sit on. The room was beautiful and the view overlooking the station was nice, but I was a little disappointed that the bathroom was a little outdated. Other than that, there was no inconvenience or dissatisfaction, and although it was a convenient place in front of the station, the hotel was quiet and calm. I had a very satisfying stay.
