I chose "Grand Copthorne Waterfront" because a friend who has stayed here before recommended it to me. I wanted to stay in a room that I can enjoy the night view of Singapore. The appearance of the hotel was also luxurious and I liked it very much. In addition, the access from the airport to the destination during the stay seemed to be good.
The entrance. The hotel was a high-rise hotel unified in white and blue, and it was a clean, high-quality look reminiscent of Tiffany.
The entrance seen from inside the hotel.
Music was playing inside, and the lighting was bright and lively. Although it was not very wide, the ceiling was high and open. The unique shape of the light hanging from the ceiling was very fashionable. I do not think it is a new hotel, but it was very clean and beautiful.
There was a front desk on the left side of the entrance.
There was also a concierge desk next to the front desk. There was a welcome drink between each desk.
Front floor elevator hall.
Elevator floor number button panel.
Guest room elevator hall.
Guest room floor corridor.

Once in the room, there was a closet and a full-length mirror on the right, and a bathroom on the left.
The guest room is small, but had a calm atmosphere. The bedroom and the bathroom both felt a bit old, but the cleaning was done very well. It was along the street, but I was able to spend time comfortably without worrying about noise. Connection to free WiFi was no problem, too and I was able to use the Internet very comfortably.
The room seen from the window.
The hardness of the bed and the softness of the duvets and pillows were all very good. I got a good nights sleep. Two free water bottles were provided on the bedside table.
There was a TV opposite the bed.
There was a desk (dresser) and a chair by the side of the bed and by the window.
There was also a sofa for one person and a table by the window.
There was a window in the room. It was sunny, so the room was very bright and it felt good in the morning.
I could see beautiful buildings such as Marina Bay Sands and lots of nature from the room.
I could see the beautiful night view of Singapore at night, and I could enjoy the view from morning to evening.

The bathroom was not very large, but I was satisfied with everything. It was cleaned very well. The wall, floor, and wash basin are marble, so there was a sense of quality.
The shower was a removable, height adjustable hand shower. There were no particular problems with water pressure and temperature.
Personally, the magnifier installed on the right side of the wash basin was very useful and convenient for skin care and makeup.
The right wall of the wash basin was a storage shelf, and towels and amenities were provided.
Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, body lotion and toothbrush set were prepared on the shelf in front of the wash basin. The smell and comfort of the shampoos were very nice.
On the right side, cotton swabs, cotton, nail polish, combs, shower caps and so on were prepared. I felt that the hotel had a complete set of amenities that I needed to spend at the hotel. After the cleaning was over, they were completely refilled and there were no problems with the amenities during the stay.
A hair dryer was also equipped. Wind power was just right.

There was a closet on the right side of the room.
There were six hangers in the closet, and there was plenty of space for hanging clothes. There were 2 bathrobes, iron and an ironing board, so it was very helpful.
On the other side was a storage shelf, and there was a safe, a scale, slippers and a laundry bag.
The safe is a type that sets a security code, and it was easy to use.

There was a cafe corner under the TV stand. The cafe corner had an electric kettle, a free instant coffee and tea bags. There were also snacks available for a fee.
At the back, coffee cups and glasses were also prepared. Both were beautiful and could be used without hesitation.
A refrigerator was also installed under the TV stand. In the refrigerator, drinks such as juice and beer were prepared as a mini bar.

I did not have the opportunity to eat at any of the restaurants, but there were four dining options in the hotel: “Food Capital,” “Grissini,” “Grand Shanghai,” and “Tempo.” There was also a wedding shop and a small souvenir shop inside the hotel.
“Food Capital” is a buffet restaurant that seems to offer international cuisine.
“Food Capital” is open all day. The shop was bright and colorful.
“Grissini” was on the lobby level. Here you can enjoy hearty South Italian cuisine including oven grilled meat and seafood.
There was bar “Tempo” right next to “Grissini.” It was bright in the daytime and moody at night, but it felt like it was not so calm because it was in an open space just off the lobby.

There was an outdoor pool on the 6th floor of the hotel. It is about 25m in size and not very big, but it was a sunny, clean and a stylish pool. Surrounded by palm trees and bright blue parasols, it was an elegant atmosphere and I could feel the southern country resort. There weren’t many people, so it was a quiet and relaxing private space. It was open for a long time which was from 6 am to 9:30 pm.
There was also a Jacuzzi right next to the pool.
It was nice because there were towels prepared next to the pool.
There was also a fitness center.
There was also a spa facility and a hair salon. The spa and the hair salon are in the same space. The hair salon seems to use the hair care brand, Kerastase and L’Oreal.

The hotel faced the main street, and there was a mall and a Hawker (stand street) nearby and it was convenient. The back of the hotel was along the river, so there were many fashionable rests and the atmosphere was very nice. There were a lot of hotels in the area and there were crowded streets, and I felt that the security was good.

There were a lot of very kind and friendly staffs. When I asked the front staff how to get to the city by bus, they checked the timetable online and printed it out for me which was very helpful. The cleaning staff who I met outside the room also greeted me kindly.
People from various countries were staying. I did not see a lot of children, and it seemed like there were more people staying for business and adults traveling.

Access was good from the airport as it only took about 30 minutes by taxi. In addition, it was convenient because there was a bus stop nearby. It felt a little inconvenient that the train station was not nearby, but the shuttle bus from the hotel to the city was also running, and it was very convenient because it was low cost and I could also get to the city.

I had a nice stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, complete with all the amenities, and I was able to relax on a comfortable bed. From the window, I could see many beautiful skyscrapers including Singapore’s famous Marina Bay Sands, and I was able to enjoy the night view unique to Singapore at night. It was sunny in the daytime and I felt good. The staffs were bright, friendly, helpful and reliable, so I was able to spend my time safely. The only inconvenient point was that there was no train station nearby, but it was not a problem as I could travel by taxi or the city bus. There was also a shuttle bus from the hotel to the town, which was very helpful. As there were malls and restaurants around the hotel, I did not have trouble finding a place to eat, and I was able to enjoy walks during my free time. I would love to sty here agin, if I have the opportunity to come to Singapore once more.
