"Beachfront Tower Mihama byDSH" is a condominium-type hotel that opened in November 2016 in Mihama, Chatan-cho. All rooms have an ocean view. There is a mini-kitchen and a washing machine with a dryer in the room, and there are various supermarkets and restaurants around the hotel which is very convenient.

The color of the hotel was red, black and white which was simple and modern.

The hotel was standing next to many apartments.

It was not particularly tall, but like the name suggests, it was like a tower.

There was a front desk and a cafe. The lobby was also modern with black, white and red decorations.

The windows at the café was facing the sea, creating a nice southern atmosphere. It is a new and beautiful hotel.

What is the Deluxe Twin Room with Sofa Bed like?

There was a washing machine and a drier right by the entrance.

The room was like a studio room with two beds, a sofa, a desk and a table, so it was small, but the walls were white and the windows facing the sea, so the whole room is bright and open.

The room was dark brown and white, so it was a simple but stylish room.

There were two single size beds. The mattress was soft but thick, so my body did not sink into the mattress. The comforter was light comfortable.

There is a window with a balcony that faces the ocean.

There was a table with two chair son the balcony, so you can sit and enjoy the view.

You can see the white sandy beach and the blue ocean nearby and the American Village on the other side which was a very nice view.

Araha Beach is a poplular spot to watch the sunset and I was able to see the sunset from my room.

There was no bathtub. The shower room had enough space to wash comfortably. The water pressure was not very strong, but the water temperature was easy to adjust.

The closet was tall and had depth, so I was able to store two suitcase inside.

Beach

In front of the hotel was the beach. Araha Beach and a park is a few minutes walk away. It was a beautiful beach that was well-maintained, followed by a long white sand beach in a straight line. Although the swimming area was limited, it was safe to play with a protective net. There was a park just behind the beach, and there were playground equipment for small children to play, and there were enough space for eating and drinking, and facilities necessary for using the beach, such as showers and lockers. There are also marine sports equipment rentals and a BBQ area, so it seems that you can enjoy both on the sea and on the beach.

Staff and Guests

The staff had a nice smile and was very friendly. The lobby was not big, but there were always two staff members standing at the front desk, so they were able to respond quickly.

The customer base was mostly women and couples. Ages varied, but I think that there were more young people. There were some foreigners, but mainly Japanese. There were some guests with small children.

Access

There were many condominiums near the hotel. American Village is nearby, there are restaurants and recreation facilities, and facilities necessary for life such as AEON and drugstore are also nearby, so I think it is an environment that is easy to stay. There were many cars on the streets and people walking around, but it was still a very quiet and relaxing environment.

Summary

I had a nice stay at this hotel. The location was very good. Being able to enjoy a view of the beach was the best thing. The hotel was still new and beautiful which made my stay even better. The room was modern and stylish. Although it was simple, there was a kitchen and a washing machine, and there were shops nearby where you could shop for daily necessities. It is a very nice hotel to stay at for enjoying a tropical stay.
