The main reason for choosing “Premier Inn London Archway” was because of its reasonable price and easy access from the station. It is only a minute away from the nearest Archway Station. Since the weather is often bad and rainy, it was nice to be able to get to the station right away. Also, the photos on the website showed a beautiful hotel.

What is the Double Bed Room like?
Guest room door.
There was a key holder right by the door.
The size of the room was just right. It was nice to be able to open up two suitcases on on the floor.
The bed was a double size bed. Comfort was average.
The sheets were clean and I was able to sleep very well.
There was a TV and a desk by across the bed.
There was no phone in the room, so you will have to go directly to the front desk if you need something, which was a little inconvenient.
The room seen from the window.
The window could not be opened. It would have been nicer if the widow was bigger.
There was a building right across the hotel and I was only able to see the view of the city from both sides the building.
The view was not particularly nice, but sunlight shown through which felt very good. Cold air did not come in from the window.

Bathroom
There was a shower with a bathtub, a sink, and a toilet in one room.
Towels were prepared on the bathtub, but only one set was prepared, and it was a pity that I had to go to the front desk twice to get another.
The shower was fixed on the wall, but hot water came out right away and water pressure was sufficient. The shower curtain was a little short, but if I adjusted just right, water did not splash outside.
There was shampoo and body soap prepare by the shower. Unfortunately, it did not work well for my hair.
The toilet was located far away from the bathtub.
Sink.
There was hand soap prepared by the sink. It had a herb scent which was very nice.
A hair dryer was in the closet.

Hotel surroundings
There were not many people around the hotel, so it was very quiet. Although There is a Methodist Church and the Archway Leisure Center gym nearby. When I went shopping at the supermarket early in the morning on weekdays, I saw workers on the way to work buying breakfast at a bakery. There are plenty of places to buy food and drinks around the hotel.

Staff and guests
There was a staff standing at the front desk who checked me in right away. When I came down to tell them about the bath towels, there was no one standing at the front desk, so I had to ring the bell.
I saw a couple of elderly people and a person in a wheel chair in the elevator.

I came from Stansted Airport, but it took about an hour by express train and subway. The area around the hotel seemed safe to me. The nearest restaurant was McDonald’s. There were also about 3 supermarkets nearby and it was very convenient because it was open from early morning until late at night. The kebab at the nearby kebab restaurant was delicious. To the famous sightseeing spots, it took about 20 minutes from the shortest by train. There were many shops near Trafalgar Square and there were plenty of restaurants, so staying at the hotel in that location may have been more convenient, but after getting used o the train system, I was able to get around places easily.

Summary
I had a nice stay at this hotel. The reason is that the access from the station was very good. I was tired from walking around all day and arrived at the nearest station of the hotel and was able to rest in my room right away. Also, I caught a cold on the way, but the supermarket nearby was open from early in the morning, so I was able to purchase a cold medicine, which was very helpful. The room was big enough and the bathroom was clean as well. However, if you are planning on staying at the hotel for most of your stay, it may be better to stay at a hotel that is a higher rank. The hotel staff were very nice, but it was a little inconvenient that I had to go to the front desk on my own, instead of calling them on the phone. I do not think I will stay here again, but the hotel was nice for the price.
