Detailed review & photos “Marbella Pool Suites Seminyak”

The hotel is a one-story building with a parking space at the entrance, so it was hard to see if the parking lot was full. The local taxi driver had trouble finding the hotel.

The sign above the entrance stood out.

There was a front desk right at the entrance. The front desk only accepts one group at a time, so it may be crowded during check-in hours.

I received a welcome drink.

The lobby was connected with the courtyard. It was a very bright and warm space.

There was also a terrace.

Sofas and tables were placed on the sofa.

There were also tables and chairs placed in the courtyard.

There was a pool at the entrance. The back door leads to the bathroom. The pool in the room is dark, so you will need to turn the light on even during the day. The water is cold, so I recommend putting some warm water into the bathtub before entering the pool.

The room was spacious and even too big to stay alone. It is a junior suite, so the bed is big and there is a sofa, so you will have plenty of room to invite people over. However, the room was a little dark. The bed mattress was on the harder side, but I was able to sleep well.

There was a bath and shower room in the bathroom. The bathtub and shower room were far apart, so it would have been nicer if there was another bath mat.

Hot water came out right away, and I was able to fill up the bathtub easily. Bathrobes were prepared in the bathroom as well.

There was an overhead shower and a hand shower in the shower room. The water pressure was slightly weak and it took a while for the water to get warm. Therefore, if you want a warm shower, we recommend using the bathtub shower. However, there is no shower curtain, so you need to be careful not to splash water on the floor.

There was shampoo and shower jell in the shower room.

There was a bar soap, razor, toothbrush, swabs, cotton and a shower cap. Since I always use my own, I use only cotton swabs.

There was an open closet. There were over 10 hangers and a shelf with drawers.

There was a safe in the shelf.

There an electric kettle, two coffee cups, spoon, knife, two tea bags, two instant coffees, two sugars, two powdered milks, and two 500ml bottles of water.

A relatively large refrigerator was also installed. However, there was nothing inside, so I recommend buying your own drinks at a nearby store.

The restaurant at the hotel offered a buffet-style breakfast and lunch.

The restaurant is spacious. The food being served was simple, but manager of the restaurant was very nice and attentive.

There was Migoren everyday.

Dishes were prepared in this.

There was a communal outdoor pool. The pool is located in the garden so you can enjoy the nature and sun.

There was a shallow part where children can play. There are some rooms where you can go directly to the pool.

“Cafe Moonlight Bali” right behind the hotel.

“Gofresh.life,” a cafe located about 3 minutes on foot from the hotel.

“Pison Coffee Bali” near the hotel.

The famous “KYND COMMUNITY” is also near the hotel.

“Toolbox,” a restaurant located a 7-minute walk from the hotel.

There were many middle-class to upper-class families staying at this hotel. Many of the families had young children. I did not see many Westerners staying.

There were many convenience stores, but it takes about 20 to 30 minutes on foot to get to the downtown area and supermarkets. There is a big road in front of the hotel, so it is very easy to catch a taxi. I called taxis or motorbike taxis using a local app, so I was able to get to my destination smoothly without paying tourist fees.
