Detailed review & photos “Stage Coach Inn”

There was a big sign in front of the hotel and it was easy to find. It was nice to be able to park my car in front of the hotel.

It was a cute building.

The entrance was small, but it was very welcoming.

I was excited by the design of a hotel in the vicinity of Yellow Stone National Park.

There was a lobby that was a colonnade up to the second floor.

The lobby was decorated with many stuffed animals from Yellow Stone National Park and had a great impact.

There were stuffed animals in the lobby, and it felt as if I was in a museum.

You can borrow many games such as Jenga at the lobby.

There were many pamphlets.

The staff were very kind. Also, since it was before Halloween, I was happy to receive a chocolate gift.

The elevator was a little small, but there were not many guests so it was not a problem.

There was a stuffed animal by the elevator as well.

There was a bathroom on the right and a closet on the left.

It is a simple room with nice lights which was comfortable to spend time in. The curtains, wallpaper, and the pictures of a bison and a bear made me feel more like I was staying at the Yellow Stone National Park.

The bed was a king size bed that was big enough. It was also very high.

There were only blankets and sheets, but I did not get cold because the room was heated well. It was also very comfortable to sleep on.

There was an alarm on this side of the bed.

On the other side there was a phone and a memo pad. There were not many outlets near the bed, but it was enough for the size of the room.

There was a TV, desk and a table across the bed.

The desk was wide with a USB port which was very useful.

The bathroom was a comfortable space.

There was a shower with a bathtub.

The shower was fixed on the wall and the water pressure was a little weak. I was able to change the way water came out, but the water pressure became weaker as I tried to make the way the water came out stronger.

Although the shape of the sink was cute, when I washed my face water splashed everywhere. However, it was not a problem for me, because most of the time I only washed my hands at the sink.

Facial wash, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and shower cap were prepared as amenities on the sink.

The way the towels were prepared was fancy. There were plenty of towels.

There was a closet across the bathroom.

The closet was small, but there were 9 hangers, an iron and ironing board inside. There were slipper made out of paper, probably because it is eco-friendly.

There was a cafe corner on the table next to the TV.

The cafe corner had a drip coffee maker, two coffee packs, and four paper cups. Coffee powder was sold at some souvenir shops in the area, so I though it was a local brand, but it was from Arabica. Hot water was available at the coffee maker in the lobby.

There were 4 cups and an ice pale. There was an ice machine on each floor.

It was nice that there was a microwave.

There was a fridge, but nothing was inside.

The restaurant in the hotel was only open for breakfast. Since there are many restaurants around the hotel, it is not a problem as all. I arrived near the hotel around 9pm, but there were many restaurants open and I didn’t have any trouble finding a place to eat.

There were a variety of muffins and danishes.

I was able to eat muffins and danishes while they were still warm. Several kinds of jam, cream cheese and honey were prepared and I could enjoy my breakfast.

I could pick from three different kinds of flavors of yogurt.

There was also a waffle maker. Some people were putting syrup, cream cheese, and bananas on top which looked very delicious.

There were cold juices, cereals and oatmeal.

There was coffee, several types of tea and hot chocolate.

There was an indoor pool in the hotel. I passed by it a several times, but there was no one swimming in it. It wasn’t that big, and there weren’t any playground equipments, so it seemed more suitable for exercise than for playing.

There were chairs and tables by the pool.

There was also a free gym.

You need a key to get into the gym.

There was also a laundry room in the building. There were 4 washing machines and 4 dryers each. An ice machine is also placed on each floor which was convenient.

There were computers and printers in the lobby which you can use for free.

There were several restaurants around the hotel. Many of them are open from 9am.

Most of the guests staying were tourists. There seemed to be many elderly people. Many were wearing hiking gears.

The West Gate in Yellow Stone National Park is 5 minutes away by car.

There were several souvenir shops around the hotel.
