I chose “Silver Cloud Hotel Seattle Stadium,” because I was participating in an event held in Seattle for work and this hotel was about 5 minutes on foot to the event venue. Another reason I chose was that I was about a 10-minute walk from King Street Station, the arrival station of Seattle, because I was going to Seattle by train from Frankfurt. We chose this hotel for convenience of access without worrying about good or bad of hotel.
If you see the hotel from afar, it looks a little like a government building during the day.
There were big windows in the lobby, so it was a very bright space.
The lobby had subtle decorations with comfortable sofas to sit on.
The front desk was big, so I was able to check in quickly. The staff’s response was good.

The room seemed a little old fashioned, but it was comfortable with warm colors. Although it has a simple structure and is equipped with a small sink and microwave oven, so it is very convenient for long-term stays.
The bed was comfortable to sleep on. The pillows were also just the right hight for me.
A spacious desk next to the TV.
A chair with an ottoman next to the bed.
The room seen from the window.
The window was very big, making the room feel open.

There was a shower/bathtub.
The shower/bathtub had a curtain.
The shower was fixed on the wall. In addition, the water pressure was sufficient and it switched to hot water immediately, so it was comfortable to use.
There was a light above the shower/bathtub, so it was very bright.
There were amenities prepared on the sink.
There were shampoos, conditioners, hand and body wash, body lotions, shower caps, cotton and cotton swabs. I was satisfied with what was prepared. I only used the shampoo, but it was very nice on my hair.

The closet was right at the entrance.
The closet was big with a shelf on one side. Inside were hangers, iron, ironing board, baggage rack, laundry bag and an umbrella.
There was also a tall safe in the closet.

There was a small kitchen next to the TV.
On the counter, a coffee maker, coffee pack, tea pack, cup, etc. were prepared as a set.
There was a fridge and a microwave. Nothing was inside the fridge.

There was a bar restaurant called “Jimmy’s On First”.
The round bar counter was impressive.
I ordered “JIMMY ’S BACON CHEDDAR BURGER” for lunch and it was delicious.
They were selling snacks, drinks and medicine at the lobby.

There was an outdoor pool and jacuzzi on the hotel rooftop (9th floor).
From the pool, you can see a large stadium called T-Mobile Park, the city, and the ocean in the distance. It was a beautiful scenery with the trees in autumn.
There was a jacuzzi, so you can enjoy the view even during cold season.

There were many exercise equipments prepared.

Right next to the hotel is the T-Mobile Park, the stadium that is home to the Seattle Mariners, but there is nothing else. As the hotel is located on the edge of downtown, there are not many cars on the street and it is a relatively quiet area. Also, there is a train station called King Street Station about a 10-minute walk away, which is quite convenient for those who ride the train.

The staff at the front desk responded very normally. There were enough staff standing at the front desk to check people in right away.
Because the hotel is a little far from the tourist area, I did not see many tourists staying. This time, there was an event near this hotel, so there seemed to be many guests on a business trip staying to attend the event.

I did not use the airport this time, but it seems that the access from the airport to this hotel is about 20 minutes by car. There is a large stadium called T-Mobile Park right near the hotel, and there are several restaurants so you don’t have to worry about finding a place to eat. It is not the downtown area, so it is a relatively quiet area. Because I was going to attend an event held near the hotel, the access there was a very good 5 minute walk. Also, there are not many restaurants and shops around the hotel, but if you walk about 10 minutes you can go to an area with many restaurants. Also, there is a free shuttle bus that takes you to downtown, so it was not inconvenient.

This hotel is about 10 minutes walk from King Street Station. I recommended staying here if you are taking the train. Also, because it was a little far from downtown, so it was a nice and quiet area. The outdoor pool on the rooftop was very nice with a jacuzzi. This area is an industrial area, but it was beautiful because I could see the trees that were turning red. I would like to staying here again next summer. The only issue was that the T-Mobile Park lit up at night was a little bright at night, so it would have been nice to stay in a room that was darker at night. Other than that, I had a nice stay.
