Detailed review & photos “Renaissance Phoenix Glendale Hotel & Spa”

The hotel was a grand building.

The name of the hotel is written on the building, and the logo “R” stands out.

The hotel was lit up at night.

A spacious drive-in.

There is a sofa at the entrance, so you can relax while waiting for the car.

The lobby had a high ceiling and it was very spacious.

There was a water area, and at first glance the walls like rock climbing are decorated along the elevator from the first floor, and somewhat like an adult theme park.

The lobby was atrium, and the whole hotel looked like a hollow!

There were several counters at the front desk, and I realized that it was a big hotel.

There were four elevators.

There were large chairs next to the elevator.

My room was on the second floor corner.

There was a living room right after entering through the door. The floor was carpet, but it was spacious and clean, so I could walk around barefoot.

There were big sofas and a table in the living room.

There was a desk and a TV at the back of the living room.

There were drawers under the TV.

There was a dining table with two chairs by the window. I used my computer at this table.

There was a bedroom at the far back.

In the hallway leading to the bedroom, there was a counter with a sink, and coffee was prepared here.

The bedroom was spacious and I could see the the bathroom through a glass window.

The bed was king size so it was big and I could sleep comfortably. There was a boiler next to the room, but it was quiet. The curtains were blackout curtains, so I could sleep very well.

There were bedside tables on both sides of the bed, and a breakfast menu for room service was placed along with a telephone and an alarm.

There was a TV and a desk across the bed.

The double curtain was stylish and it matched the design and color of the carpet. The TV was in front of the window, so some may think that it is blocking the view.

Unfortunately, the view from the room was only of boilers. At the back, I could see the ceiling of the large Arizona Cardinals dome.

There was a bathtub with a jacuzzi on the right. I went to a drug store to buy bath salt and enjoyed the bath.

You can see the bedroom from the glass window, but it has a shoji window that you can hide when you close it.

There was a shower room on the left side of the bathroom and next to the washbasin.

The shower was fixed on the wall and I could take a shower comfortably without any problems with water pressure and drainage.

In the shower room, shampoo, conditioner and body soap were prepared. It was a brand called AVEDA and it felt nice on my hair and skin.

The toilet was separated from the bathroom.

There were towels prepared under the sink.

On top of the sink, two rock glasses, tissues, mouthwash, body lotion, shower cap, sewing kit, shoe cleaner, cotton swabs, and a make-up remover was prepared.

There was a closet right by the entrance.

There was another closet in front of the bedroom. It was deeper than the closet by the entrance. Inside was an iron, ironing board, baggage rack, and so on.

A safe was in a drawer in the bedroom. You can fit a computer inside.

There was a cafe corner on the counter with a sink in the hallway to the bedroom. A microwave oven and a refrigerator were also installed under the counter.

There was a coffee machine, cups, glasses, ice buckets, etc. on the counter, and coffee, etc. in a black box. There was a bottle of water, but it cost money.

The fridge was very big with enough space to put what I bought inside.

There was a restaurant called “Soreil” on the first floor.

We used a breakfast coupon on the weekend as a Marriott’s Titanium Class Benefit.

Breakfast was buffet style.

A chef will cook fresh omelets in front of you.

I had a nice breakfast.

There is also a bar lounge called “Rei” on the 1st floor, and many people went to socialize. When I came home from the outside and got on the elevator, I was told by my husband’s colleague who was drinking beer there, and I had a drink. Since it was on the route to the elevator, it was a casual space.

On Sunday, when there was an NFL game, so many people wore team uniforms from the morning, and DJs played music in the back ground creating a nice atmosphere.

The showcase had a line up of delicious desserts.

It was a café and shop, selling mainly Arizona Cardinals goods.

It’s like a team official hotel.

The hotel has an outdoor heated pool that was available from 6am to 10pm. Because it was in the back of the building, there were not many people swimming in it, and there was also a private time zone.

There were chairs by the pool, so it felt more for grown ups.

There was also a bar on the pool side, and people were enjoying drinks as soon as it opened.

There is also an indoor pool which was available from 6.30 am to 10.30 pm. It was a high quality pool.

A gym that is open 24 hours a day.

I had a nice run while looking at the pool.

The gym was perfect!

The hotel had a courtyard. There was no roof and it was an open space.

It was a nice water area in the hot temperature of Arizona.

There were also a spa in the hotel. There was an entrance facing the outside that can be used not only by hotel guests but also by general customers.

The auction is always held just before the bar on the first floor, and the collection with autographs of NFL, NBA, and NHL was being sold.

It was very exciting to look at!

There were two ATMs in the hotel.

TANGER OUTLET is three minutes away from the hotel! There were many shops.

Next to the hotel was the Westgate with bars and restaurants.

Since there was a student baseball tournament, Atlanta and Arizona fans who were interested in the game were staying around the day before the NFL game on the weekend, with the people involved, their families, players, and the weekend. The bars below were crowded with fans for the game on weekends.
