I chose the "Marriott Niagara Falls Fallsview Hotel & Spa," because I was planning to take part in a marathon event around Niagara Falls, so it was a hotel close to the start and end point. Also the view of the waterfall seen from the room is amazing. Despite not having breakfast etc., the price was quite high, but the view from the room was better than I imagined, and the room was also very luxurious, so this hotel was really good.

What is the Falls View Loft like?
Guest room floor corridor.
There were two floors. The building itself looked very old, but it was a luxurious room with toilets and sink above and below the stairs and a bathtub with a jacuzzi.
The first floor was a living room space with a big sofa, arm chair and a table.
A TV and desk.
The living room .
You go up these stairs to get to the second floor.
The second floor was a bedroom.
The bed was big with comfortable pillows and I was able to sleep very well. However, the mattress was a little soft for me.
There was also a TV in the bedroom.
There is a bathroom at the back of the bedroom.
What I like the most is the view from the large window, overlooking the Niagara Falls. I was on the 16th floor, so I could overlook the American Falls as well.

Bathroom
There were two showers below and above the stairs, but it was inconvenient that there was no shampoo stand in the shower room on the first floor. There were two types of showers, a fixed shower and a removable hand shower. There was no particular inconvenience in terms of water pressure and water volume.
Sink in the bathroom on the first floor.
Amenities on the sink.
Amenities included shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion and mouthwash. After I finished using the amenities, more was added.
In addition, soap, shower caps, cotton swabs, and cotton were also available. These amenities were also provided on the basin on the stairs as well. There were many towels available, so there is no problem even if you take a bath twice a day.
Hairdryer hanging on the bathroom door on the first floor.
Toilet.
There was also a bathtub with a jacuzzi in the bathroom on the second floor.
The bathtub with jacuzzi was big enough for two people. It was also nice to be able to look out the window and watch TV while taking a bath.

There was a closet next to the bathroom. The closet is a mirror with a sliding door, making it convenient to check your outfit before going out.
In the closet there were hangers, iron and ironing board, and extra pillows.
Safe in the closet.

There was a counter in the living room space and a cafe corner on top of it. In addition, there were four free bottles of water and clean cups.
Coffee maker, coffee pack, tea pack, paper cup, sugar etc. were prepared.
There was a fridge, but nothing was inside. It was convenient for when cooking.

Restaurants and shops in the hotel
On the second floor of the hotel, there was a steakhouse “Morton ’s Grille Niagara Falls.”
Lobby lounge.
Lobby lounge table seating.
When I checked in, I got a free ticket for wine or beer that can be used in the hotel bar or restaurant.
The taste was not the best, but it was nice to be able to have free wine.
There was also a “Starbucks” in the lobby. It was cute that the original design cup of Niagara Falls was sold.
In addition, there is also a restaurant called the “Terrapin Cafe” where you can enjoy a buffet-style breakfast.
A shop selling souvenirs.

Facilities in the hotel
The hotel has an indoor pool, but it was more like a pool at a gym. I see anyone swimming at the pool during my stay.
There is also a gym in the hotel which is open 24 hours a day. It seemed to be possible to work out while watching the Niagara Falls.

Hotel surroundings
The hotel is located at the edge of downtown, so it is relatively quiet and is recommended for relaxing at the hotel. Even if it is the end, there are no problems because restaurants and shops are nearby. Also, there is a WEGO bus stop right in front of the hotel, so it’s convenient for sightseeing. You can also walk to Niagara Falls, and you can walk to Niagara Falls in less time using the railroad behind the hotel.

Staff and Guests
The staff were very friendly and helpful. When the toilet on the second floor got clogged up, the engineer responded immediately, and when I lost the coupon I received at check-in, I was able to receive a new one immediately.
There seemed to be many couples, families and large travel groups staying.

It takes about an hour and a half from the Toronto airport by car. I rented a car at the airport. By the way, the hotel parking lot costs an additional $40 per day. The area around the hotel is a sightseeing spot, and Niagara Falls is just behind. As the location is at the edge of downtown, it is not crowded with cars or people. To visit Niagara Falls, a sightseeing bus that goes around a tourist spot called WEGO is convenient. When you check in at the hotel, you will receive a WEGO ticket. It takes about 20 minutes, but you can also walk to Niagara Falls.

Summary
At the time of check-in, the staff proposed that there was a room with a better view, so I got an upgrade and was very excited with the room with a wonderful view and luxurious facilities. To be honest, the view from the room was much better than the view from the front of the Table Rock Center, so this hotel is recommended if you go to Niagara Falls. Especially during cold season, it is nice to enjoy the scenery from inside a warm room. Also, it was really nice to stay at this hotel because the night light up and Niagara Falls, which was dyed red in the morning sun, could be appreciated without anyone getting in the way. In addition, since the WEGO bus stop is nearby, it is a convenient location for sightseeing around the area.
