Detailed review & photos “La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Orlando International Drive North”

The exterior is a large two-story flat business hotel. The wall was cream-colored and it made the hotel look bright. The parking lot is big, too. There is a roundabout in front of the entrance with a roof.

There is the front desk immediately after entering the hotel.

There was an area selling sweets next to the front desk.

There is also a concierge desk in the back. There are some sofas at the lobby, but no tables. The space was a bit small, but there were many customers going in and out, so it was very lively.

The guest room was large and bright. Sunlight came in though the window.

There are 2 large beds which were comfortable to sleep on even though it was a bit firm. The sheets felt clean, which was very nice.

There was a TV, drawers and stands.

The room was big enough to open up suitcases on the floor. The room was cleaned well overall, but it was a bit disappointing that there was a candy wrap in the corner of the room which the housekeeper had missed.

The bathroom was large and there was a bathtub, so it was nice to be able to relax my tired body in the bathtub. The shower was fixed on the wall, so it was a little hard to wash my body. Because temperature control and water pressure control were not made independently, the water pressure became weak when I tried to adjust the temperature.

I was happy to be able to do makeup at a wide and bright sink.

As for the amenities, there was shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and hand soap. The quality of both shampoo and conditioner were good.

There was also a hair dryer.

There was a coffee maker. There was coffee and de-cafe coffee, water with lemon, available 24 hours at the breakfast room next to the reception, so you can always get it there.

There was also a microwave oven, and the freezer next to the front desk sells frozen food pasta and lasagna, so you can buy it and eat it in the room.

There was a refrigerator but it was empty.

The closet is next to the entrance.

There were some non-removable hangers in a large space.

The safe is a type which you set a 4 digit number.

The view from the window was only the parking lot.

Next to the front desk was the breakfast venue.

It was a buffet style breakfast.

The breakfast includes muffins, bread, cereal, fruit, cheese and yogurt, as well as hot cake and waffle machines prepared so that you can make it on your own.

I could eat a waffle shaped like Mickey and it was delicious.

Coffee and water were available 24 hours a day.

Breakfast was included in our room plan.

The pool is located in the hotel’s courtyard which is located in the middle of the hotel. There were children playing in the pool.

There is also a gym.

The business center has a computer and a printer. There was also a laundry room but it was small.

The road in front of the hotel is large and has a lot of traffic.

There was a Denny’s in front of the hotel, and also a Seven Elevens across the street. There is a pharmacy called Walgreen at a little distance away, and you can buy daily necessities there.

There were several other restaurants around.

When I returned from Universal Studios at around 10 o’clock, but there were a lot of people around the hotel and it felt safe.

You can walk to Universal Studios, and it takes about 25 minutes to get there.

Two complimentary shuttle buses a day go to and from Disney World and Universal Studios. After the Park closed, there were many people waiting for buses and taxies.

There were many families staying. Pets were also allowed in the hotel, so I could sometimes hear dogs barking from the next room next to ours. If you have pet allergies, you should be careful.
