“Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Ontario Rancho Cucamonga” was convenient for getting to my husband's office, and it was also within walking distance to the largest shopping mall. I really wanted to stay at the Riverside Convention Center in the next town, but in that area the hotel the rooms were fully booked. I was also curious to see if there were other good hotels around, so I decided to stay here.

There was nothing around the hotel, so it stood out.
Entrance.
The lobby was spacious and clean, but I did not see any guests around.
There were free cookies and drinks at the lobby, and it was a guest-friendly hotel.

What is the Suite Room like?
Guest room entrance door.
There was a bathroom on the left immediately after entering the room.
When I opened the door, the room was filled with sunlight and it was bright.
I thought that the design of the carpet was fashionable and cool. The bedroom was in the foreground, and in the back was the living room. I think that it is a room of a very general size, but I think it will be an impression that has changed depending on the interior.
The bed mattress was just right. White sheets, were completely clean and high in quality
There was a dog made from towels on the bed and it was very cute.
There was a TV opposite the bed and a luggage stand below it.
Living room.
There was a desk and a chair in the living room. In addition, a television was installed here.
There was a sofa and a table across the TV.
There was a window in the room. I could see the parking lot and Hilton Hotel.
The sunset was very beautiful.

Bathroom
There was a bathroom with a washbasin on the left and a toilet in the back, and a shower room on the right. It was kept very clean.
The shower room was covered with glass, and the inside was spacious. Handrails were installed and I thought it was kind to the elderly.
The shower head was fixed to the wall. The water pressure was just right and comfortable.
Shampoo, conditioner and body soap were prepared in the shower room. I think the quality is quite normal. The body soap smelled of lemon sage, but it was too strong.

Closet and safe
There was a closet by the bed. Inside were hangers, an iron, an ironing board and laundry bags.
There was also storage space under the luggage stand.

Mini bar and cafe
There was a cafe corner on the shelf next to the bathroom. There was a microwave, a coffee maker and an ice bucket. I did not use it because drinks were always available at the breakfast room for free.
There was a fridge.

Hotel guests can have breakfast for free.
The drinks here are always free.
Breakfast was buffet style.

There were no other restaurants in the hotel.
Next to the front desk is a small shop that sells juices, snacks, ice cream, small medicines and toothbrushes. There are also frozen pizzas, so you can enjoy late night snack in the room There is no alcohol being sold here.

Facilities in the hotel
There was a swimming pool with clean water. The tiles around the pool were very nice. There was a chair for the disabled by the pool.
There were not only deck chairs but also chairs and tables by the pool.
There was a fitness center which is open 24 hours a day.
There was also a coin laundry at the back of the first floor. It was kept clean.
Two computers were installed beside the front desk. There is no chair, so I think it is for quick use when you want to check something.

Environment around the hotel
The hotel is close to a shopping mall, and there were always many cars coming and going. I walked for dinner at night, but it felt safe outside. However, since there were almost no people walking, I thought that it would be better not to go out at night.

Staff and customer base
The staffs were very friendly and talkative, maybe because there were not many people staying. Every time I requested for something, they responded right away.
It felt like we were the only people staying on the 4th floor. I saw some guests in the breakfast room, but there were a lot of people who did not seem like tourists staying.

Access
It was a perfect area to go shopping. After a 5 minutes walk from the hotel you will reach a huge shopping mall. However, it will take a little more time to get to the mall because the parking lot is very large. There were more restaurants around than I expected.

Summary
It wasn’t in the area I originally wanted to stay, and it was more in the suburbs, but I was able to enjoy shopping so it was not a problem at all. The hotel is very clean and there were not may guests, so it was quiet and relaxing. The staffs were very friendly which felt very nice. In addition, I always use the gym in the hotel, and the gym was a large space with a mirror, and I was able to use it very comfortably. It might be a bit inconvenient if you don’t have a car, but I think it’s a good place for a break after a long drive to Las Vegas. The shopping mall was attractive because it had many well-known stores inside.
