I decided to stay at the "Fairfield Inn St. George" because it was a hotel that I could easily get to by car from the Arches National Park in Utah on the way back from Colorado. Actually I was temporarily suppressing the hotel in Las Vegas, but I canceled it because I was tired of driving, and I made it to this hotel which was vacant in the last booking. This time, I stayed at another Marriott hotel in the area on the way back to the mainland for the first time by car, but there is nothing around, but being able to rest was the main reason for choosing this hotel. I wanted to stay in a different hotel and this hotel was perfect for being a Marriott hotel in the same area. It was also near the highway and there were many restaurants in the vicinity.

The contrast between the gentle cream colors and the grass was very nice.
There were palm trees planted around the hotel.

What is the One Bedroom Suite like?
Guest room entrance door.
The room had green walls. The furnitures were small and felt a little older with the carpet, but it was kept clean and there was no inconvenience at all.
The hotel was next to the highway, but the sound of cars did not bother me at all.
There was a TV across from the bed.

The sofa was big enough to sleep on.

From the room, I could see the highway, the parking lot, the pool, and short mountains.

Bathroom
The bathroom and the toilet were separate.
The bathtub was very clean.
The shower was fixed on the wall, and the water pressure was just right.

The sink was located outside of the bathtub.
Amenities were prepared on the sink. There was soap, cleanser, shampoo and conditioner. The quality was average.
There was an ice bucket and plastic cups on the sink as well.

There was an open closet behind the sink. There were hangers, an iron, an ironing board, laundry bags and a hair dryer inside. There was no safe.

Mini bar and cafe
A microwave and refrigerator was installed beside the TV.
There was also a cafe corner on the shelf. A coffee maker, regular coffee and a decaf were provided.
There was a fridge, but nothing was inside.

Breakfast is served for free. It was a buffet style breakfast.

There were drinks as well.
It was very delicious.
The staff packed breakfast for my husband who was still asleep.

Facilities in the hotel
There was an outdoor pool that was kept very clean.
The highway was right next to the pool.
There was also a good sized jacuzzi next to the pool. There was a roof over the jacuzzi.

The laundry room was on the second floor.
There was a computer, a printer and pamphlets by the front desk.

Environment around the hotel
The hotel staff said that the area around the hotel is very safe. Even if you leave your luggage in the car, no one will steal it. I did not see any homeless people around. It was nice that there was a restaurant opposite the hotel.

Staff and customer base
The hotel staff were, kind and generous. He gave us a bottle of water when I checked in late at night and gave me a snack from the snack corner. It was very kind of the staff who packed breakfast for my husband.
There were many families staying for several days. Most people seemed to be coming by car.

The hotel is right by the highway exit, which was very convenient. Access was good from Arches National Park. It is a hotel located in a very convenient location for people who have been on a long road trip and need a place to get some rest.

Summary
It was nice that there was free breakfast, a jacuzzi, and a place to do laundry. There was nothing around the hotel and only a limited number of restaurants, so it is a nice hotel to stay at to get some rest from a long trip, but there is not much to do around the hotel. The view from the highway is amazing when driving to this hotel, and I highly recommend staying at this hotel.
